1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you access or use IntelliFarm (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Accounts and account security

Provide accurate registration information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and promptly secure your account if you believe someone else has accessed it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Farmer and beginner accounts have different features and access permissions. Tenant information is maintained by farm owners as profile records and does not provide sign-in access.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and for its intended agricultural and educational purposes. Do not attempt to access another person's account, farm, records, or uploaded files without authorization; interfere with the Service; upload malicious content; or use the Service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

4. Your content and uploads

You retain responsibility for the text, photographs, and other material you submit. Only upload content that you have permission to use and share. You allow the Service to store and process that content as needed to provide features you request, including crop records, image diagnosis, and AI-assisted responses. Do not upload passwords, financial account details, or other information that is not needed for those features.

5. AI and agricultural information

AI-generated diagnoses, recommendations, forecasts, and other information are provided as decision-support information only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific crop, location, or conditions, and are not a substitute for an inspection by a qualified agricultural professional or local authority. Verify important recommendations before acting. Follow product labels, local regulations, protective-equipment requirements, and harvest intervals when using agricultural chemicals. The Service does not guarantee a diagnosis, yield, or farming outcome.

6. Availability and third-party services

Some features depend on internet access and third-party providers, including AI, weather, email, and video services. Those features may be delayed, rate-limited, changed, or temporarily unavailable. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party information.

7. Service changes and account restrictions

Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued to maintain or improve the Service. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with applicable law, including where these terms are violated.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the Service changes. The current version and its effective date will be shown on this page. If a change materially affects account use, the Service may ask you to review and accept the revised terms before continuing.
